Collection: Dry Aged, Pasture Raised Beef

We are a small family farm raising all natural beef. Our cows in the meat program were born on our farm and cared for by us from birth to the time of processing. The cows graze on pasture most of the year except during the winter, when the ground is covered in snow and we feed them hay! At the end, when it is time to finish we add barley to their diet.

We process our beef humanely at a small facility. We then store the processed beef in our freezer at the farm. We truly ship from our farm to you. Our feed is non-GMO and our meat animals are never given antibiotics or hormones.
